Celtic landscapes: a sense of place

At the heart of If Women Rose Rooted are our iconic, archetypal Celtic landscapes: moor and bog, sea and stone, mountains and rocky heights, enchanted forests and more. These are the lands our myths spring from; these are the lands we spring from. On this page, you’ll find images of some of the places I’ve lived and written about in the book, as well as the places which feature in the stories and interviews in it.
